Dear Valued Customer,
This is to inform you that there are some formats of phone numbers which are only allowed on SwiftBulkSMS.
At the time of sending bulk SMS, where you are required to enter the destination phone numbers on the Send SMS page, you will need to enter the phone numbers in one of the following formats, else your message will not deliver and will definitely go to thin air:
The above is the only available format of phone numbers allowed on SwiftBulkSMS. If you otherwise input your phone numbers as 23408157165603 or +23408157165603, it will definitely not deliver and your SMS units will be deducted. The difference between 2348157165603 and 23408157165603 or between +2348157165603 and +23408157165603 is the prevailing 0 digit that appeared immediately after 234. The 0 is not supposed to be there after entering 234, else the Message will not deliver. You can only include the 0 digit when you did not include 234
Also at the time of sending SMS, where you are required to enter the destination phone numbers on the Send SMS page, you will need to enter the phone numbers in one of the following formats, else your message will not deliver:
1. The phone numbers must be separated by a comma, otherwise known as comma-delimited.
08157165603, 2348157165603, +2348157165603
2. If the phone numbers are not separated by a comma, they must be on different lines
Please always bear this in mind while sending your bulk SMS.
